Bear Mill Estate can accommodate up to 120 guests in its rustic indoor and outdoor event spaces. In addition to its beautifully appointed indoor spaces, Bear Mill Estate features stunning grounds that capture the best of Pennsylvania’s four seasons. A 200-year-old pine, an island preserve, a pond and gardens on its grounds, provide the perfect backdrop to an outdoor wedding. The venue is ideal for hosting any number of events–corporate meetings, showers, engagement parties, ceremonies and fundraisers.
In addition to the event spaces, the property also offers overnight accommodations at its Inn. The Inn offers 4 bedrooms, each with private baths and can be booked as part of your event or as a stand-alone stay.

Meet Troy Cooper, our Venue Manager. Troy brings over 20 years of customer service experience and a background in theater and scenic design to his role at Bear Mill Estate. Brides, grooms, guests, hosts, and vendors appreciate the meticulous organization he provides. He’s an “all-in” manager who is on-site for every event. He looks forward to helping you set the stage for a most memorable day or weekend.
